SubZuu LLC, DMCA Copyright Policy
Effective Date: February 7, 2026
SubZuu, LLC (“SubZuu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Creators, Fans, and all users of
the SubZuu platform to do the same.
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy explains how copyright owners may submit notices of alleged infringement and how
users may submit counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512).
This policy applies to all content, features, and services made available through SubZuu-operated websites, applications, creator-branded
experiences, embeddable players, APIs, feeds, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved);
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow SubZuu to locate it (such as
URLs, content IDs, or screenshots);
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or
the law;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf
of the copyright owner.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
DMCA notices must be sent to:
Designated Agent: Copyright Agent
Email: product@SubZuu.com
Mail:

⚠️ Notices that fail to comply with the DMCA requirements may be rejected or delayed.
3. SubZuu’s Response to Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, SubZuu may:
● Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
● Notify the user or Creator who posted the material;
● Take additional actions consistent with applicable law and platform policies.
SubZuu does not adjudicate ownership disputes and acts as a neutral service provider under the DMCA.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification
to SubZuu’s Designated Agent.
Required Information
Your counter-notification must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to
mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., the
district where SubZuu is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA
notice.
5. Restoration of Content
If SubZuu receives a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original
complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
SubZuu maintains a policy of terminating or restricting accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the
DMCA and applicable law.
What constitutes a “repeat infringer” is determined by SubZuu in its reasonable discretion, taking into account the number, severity, and
validity of infringement claims.
7. Abuse of the DMCA Process
Submitting false or misleading notices or counter-notifications may expose you to legal liability, including damages and attorneys’ fees
under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
SubZuu reserves the right to take action against users who abuse the DMCA process, including suspension or termination of accounts.
8. No Legal Advice
This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights or
obligations, you should consult with a qualified attorney.
9. Modifications to This Policy
SubZuu may modify this DMCA Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Services. Continued use of the Services after
changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
